Experience Behind the Company
In Theory Technologies was founded by Bradley F. Reed, Ph.D., CISSP, a cybersecurity professional and educator with more than 25 years of experience across information technology, cybersecurity, federal contracting, and higher education.
Dr. Reed's experience includes cybersecurity and information assurance work supporting environments associated with the FBI, NOAA, NASA, and the Department of Defense, along with extensive experience developing and teaching cybersecurity and information technology programs in higher education.
His background spans security operations, incident response, governance, risk and compliance, NIST Risk Management Framework, FISMA, CMMC, DevSecOps, application security, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security program leadership.
